摘要
针对氦氖激光器辅助电源设计中存在的成本高、效率低等问题,设计出一种基于TNY256P的反激式开关辅助电源。介绍了TNY256芯片的特性、内部结构和引脚功能,以及该电源的设计过程。实验表明,该电源结构简单、成本低、效率高、纹波小,满足设计要求。
In allusion to the problems of high cost and low efficiency existing in the design of auxiliary power supply for He-Ne laser, a flyback switching power supply based on TNY256P was designed. The features, internal structure and pin descriptions of TNY256 chips were presented. The design method of the power supply was explained in detail. The experiment results show that simple structure, low cost, high efficiency and low ripple are all the characteristics of the power supply, and the design requirements are satisfied.
