摘要
目的:观察欣母沛对于治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床治疗效果,探讨其临床价值。方法:选取2011年12月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的36例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其进行子宫按摩、口服米索前列醇等治疗无效后,注射欣母沛,用药15 min后若效果不明显重复使用,比较用药前后孕妇的出血状况。结果:31例患者用药后效果明显,显效率86.11%,4例患者注射两次欣母沛后产生一定效果,1例患者反复多次注射欣母沛后无效。结论:应用欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血临床效果较好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of hemabate intreatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage,and to explore its clinical value.Method：Selection from December 2011 to January 2013,the author of 36 patients admitted in the hospital contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,on the uterine massage,and after the treatment such as oral misoprostol is invalid,hemabate,injection drug use 15 minutes after repeated use,if the effect was not obvious comparing bleeding condition of pregnant women before and after medication.Result：31 cases of patients with obvious effect,the medicine show the efficiency of 86.11%,4 cases were injected with 2 times of hemabate produced certain effect,1 case was repeatedly injected hemabateis invalid.Conclusion：The application of hemabate in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage clinical effect is good,worthy of clinical application.
