摘要
目的:观察压舌板诱导吞咽插胃管法在临床插胃管困难患者中应用的效果。方法:将临床插胃管困难浅昏迷患者随机分成对照组和观察组,分别采用常规插胃管法和压舌板诱导吞咽插胃管法,观察了解两种插胃管法在解决患者插胃管困难中所起到的效果,比较两组的一次插管成功率。结果:观察组一次插管成功率比对照组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:压舌板诱导吞咽插胃管法能提高临床上插胃管困难浅昏迷患者的插胃管成功率,适用于临床上有吞咽功能障碍的需留置胃管的患者。
Objective：To observe the applying effect of tongue blade induced swallowing a gastric tube method in clinical inserting gastric tube difficult patients.Method：Insert clinical gastric tube hard light coma patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,used conventional a gastric tube and tongue blade induced swallowing a gastric tube method,observed the result of two kinds of stomach tube method in solving inserting gastric tube difficult patients,comparison a success rate of intubation of two groups.Result：A success rate of intubation was higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tongue blade induced swallowing a gastric tube method can improve the clinical difficulty a gastric tube light coma patients with success rate of gastric tube,applicable to clinical have swallowing dysfunction of patients with indwelling gastric tube.
