摘要
本文提出了以像点漂移允差为依据,制定跟踪测量变焦距系统光学和相关的机械元件中心偏差公差的方法,并把应用该方法制定的元件偏心差的结果与采用以中心彗差允差为依据所制定的元件偏心差的结果加以比较,为跟踪测量变焦距系统元件中心偏差公差的制定提供了一些参考依据。
This paper presents a method to determine the center error tolerence of the component in zoom system according to the transverse image displacement tolerence, by com- paring the result from this method with that from the center-coma tolerence, in order to provide some reference basis to determine the center error tolerence of the com- ponent in tracing and measuring zoom system.
