摘要
利用自行研制的超声波冲击实验装置 ,对两种典型焊接结构用钢 Q2 35 B和 16 Mn焊接接头实施冲击处理 ,然后进行焊态与冲击处理态的弯曲与拉伸两种加载方式的疲劳对比试验 ,分别获得了各种情况冲击处理前后的 Δσ- N曲线及疲劳强度 (2× 10 6 ) .结果表明 ,超声冲击处理对 16 Mn钢对接接头疲劳强度与寿命的改善程度均高于 Q2 35 B,超声冲击处理提高焊接接头疲劳强度的实际效果与母材类别有关 ;应力比 R对超声冲击处理法改善焊接接头疲劳性能的效果 (小试件 )有一定的影响 ;超声冲击处理法改善焊接接头疲劳性能的实际效果与所施加的载荷类型关系较大 .
The improvement of the fatigue of butt and cruciform welded joints of steel Q235B and 16Mn was made by peening the welded toes with ultrasonic equipment.Fatigue experiments of specimens subjected to bending and tensile loading under as-welded and ultrasonic peening condition were carried out.The Δσ-N curves and fatigue limits (2×10 6) of steel Q235B and 16Mn of both joints are obained for both as welded and peened conditions.The results show the degree of improvment of the fatigue strenth and life 16Mn steel welded joint is higher than that of Q235B under ultrasonic peening condition.The effects of improving fatigue strength is dependent on the base.The stress ratio (R) also has some effects on the improvement,but it is not great.The loading type also affects the improvement of fatigue property greatly by the ultrasonic peening method.
