摘要
本文介绍了把单片机用于一种新型的数字阀所组成的液压系统,它配以精度高的光栅尺作为检测元件,省去了一般数字式液压控制系统的A/D、D/A接口,因此它结构简单,造价低、便于推广。可快速、无振荡抵达控制目标,特别适用于机床等响应速度不高的工业控制。
The paper presents a digital hydraulic control system composed of single-chip computer with a new type of dig- ital valve, it makes use of grating ruler as transducer wi- thout A/D, D/A converter, and therefore, it possesses many advantages, such as simple construction, low price, easy to develop product series and convenient to popularize. It can reach control object quickly without vibration,so is extremely suitable for industrial control such as machine tool of low frequency response.
