摘要
目的研究推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床路径,为进一步研究临床路径打下基础。方法选取推拿科2009-12—2010-08实施临床路径的腰椎间盘突出症医保患者80例作为试验组,对照组选择推拿科2008-05—2008-12出院的未实施临床路径按常规模式实施推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的医保患者100例,比较2组在住院天数、医疗费用、药费及治疗费等方面有无差异性。结果试验组住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05),2组医疗费用、药费及治疗费比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过实施临床路径,可以明显减少患者住院天数。
Objective To study the clinical pathway about massage therapy on protrasion of the lumbar in-tervertebral disci .Methods 100 patients were left hospital from massage department from May ,2008 to Dec.2008 and received massage therapy by conventional mode were as control group .80 patients received massage therapy by clinical pathway mode were as treatment group .Length of hospital stay ,medical costs ,expenses for medicine and treat-ment costs of patients in two groups were compared .Results The length of hospital stay in treatment group was shor-ter than that in control group （P＆lt;0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups on medical costs , expenses for medicine and treatment costs （P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion The number of days hospitalized patients can be significantly reduced by carrying of the clinical pathway .
