摘要
本文对湖南省消费结构以及现代服务业的发展进行了分析。研究显示:湖南现代服务业发展相对滞后与其消费结构存在关联,同时,现代服务业优化消费结构的作用还需要挖掘。文章认为,为了加快湖南产业结构和消费结构升级,有必要从以下几点采取措施:产品和服务要适应不同居民消费层次;通过财政转移,提升农村公共服务水平,加快农村消费结构升级;进一步加大在教育上的投入。
We have analyzed the development of modern service industry and the consumption structure of Hunan Province.The research shows that the relatively lag in Hunan modern services development has relevance with consumption structure.In order to accelerate industrial structure and consumption structure of Hunan,it is neces-sary to take measures as follows：Firstly,products and services should adapt to different consumer level.Second-ly,improving public services in rural areas,speeding up the upgrading of consumption structure in rural areas;further increasing the investment in education should be done through financial transfers.
