2型糖尿病患者胰高血糖素水平与血清C反应蛋白的关系 被引量:9

Relationship between Glucagon Levels and Serum C-reactive Protein in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的:探讨血清C反应蛋白(SCRP)与2型糖尿病患者胰高血糖素的关系。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者168例,按SCRP水平分为两组:A组:SCRP正常范围者(0<SCRP≤3 mg/L)82例;B组:SCRP升高者(3<SCRP≤17.2 mg/L)86例。收集所有患者一般临床资料,对两组的一般临床资料进行统计学分析。结果:(1)B组空腹、30 min、120 min胰高血糖素水平均高于A组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(2)Pearson相关分析显示SCRP与空腹、30 min、120 min胰高血糖素,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及甘油三酯(TG)均呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(3)多元逐步回归分析显示SCRP、HOMA-IR是影响空腹胰高血糖素的独立相关因素(P<0.05),SCRP是影响30 min、120 min胰高血糖素水平的独立相关因素(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者多时相胰高血糖素水平与SCRP有关。此外,空腹胰高血糖素水平与HOMA-IR有关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum c-reactive protein(SCRP)and glucagon in patients with type 2 diabetes. Method:A total of 168 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups according to their SCRP levels. Group A:82 patients with normal levels of SCRP(0-3 mg/L);Group B:86 patients with elevated levels of SCRP(3-17.2 mg/L).The general clinical date of all patients were collected and statistically analyzed between the two groups. Result:(1)The glucagons levels of fasting,30 minutes and 120 minutes after the oral glucose load in group A were higher than the group B(P&lt;0.01 or P&lt;0.05).(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that SCRP had a positive correlation with fasting,30 minutes,120 minutes glucagons,indexes of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) and triglycerides(TG)(P&lt;0.01 or P&lt;0.05).(3)Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that SCRP,HOMA-IR were independent related factors of fasting glucacon(P&lt;0.05)and SCRP was independent related factors of 30 minutes, 120 minutes glucacon(P&lt;0.01). Conclusion:The glucagon levels in different phases are associated with SCRP in type 2 diabetic patients. In addition,fasting glucagon levels is associated with HOMA-IR.
