摘要
本文论述了构建新世纪高等应用型人才培养模式所面临的机遇和挑战 ;利用比较教育研究方法 ,阐述了高等应用型本、专科人才培养模式的共性特征和个性特征 ;结合高校教学改革的实践 。
Discussion is made on how to encounter with opportunity and challenge in establishing the training model for higher application personnel gearing to the new century, and on the common and individual characteristics. And the countermeasures are given according to the practice of higher institutions’ teaching reform.
