摘要
资源的过度消耗和环境的严重破坏使得当前的经济发展模式遭到质疑,绿色经济发展模式开始为理论界所普遍倡导。文章回顾了世界性的三次绿色浪潮,梳理了绿色经济研究领域的相关文献,归纳出对绿色经济的五种解读,界定了绿色经济的涵义;构建了一个由经济发展、环境友好、资源节约三个一级指标组成的评价指标体系,并以该指标体系为依托,对区域绿色经济发展水平做出较为客观真实的评价。
Because of the excessive consumption of resources and the serious damage to the envi-ronment ,the current economic development mode has been questioned .So the green economic de-velopment mode began to be widely advocated by the theoretical circle .This paper reviews the three global green waves ,combs the relevant literature in the research field of green economy , sums up five interpretations of green economy ,defines what is green economy ,constructs an eval-uation index system which consists of three first grade indexes -economic development ,whether it is environment-friendly and resource-saving ,and relies on this index system to give compara-tively objective and true evalution on the regional green development level .
