人HGLP cDNA的克隆和原核表达 被引量:2

摘要 克隆了人HGLP cDNA, 编码蛋白具有G蛋白偶联受体类似的7个跨膜区, 具有视紫红质样G蛋白偶联受体超家族的基序(motif). Northern杂交分析发现HGLP广泛表达. 将HGLP的N, C端非跨膜区片段克隆到pET30a+表达载体中, 在E. coli中获得了高效表达.
