摘要
对玻璃棉板和岩棉板应用于外墙外保温系统中存在的吸水量大、实际节能效果不佳,板材拉拔强度不高、体系抗风荷载能力不强、板材湿流密度大、适用于EPS外保温体系的饰面层不一定适用于无机棉板材外保温体系等问题进行了系统研究。研究结果显示,玻璃棉板和岩棉板应用于外墙外保温体系时,应在EPS外保温体系的系统构造和性能要求上做适当调整:板材应该进行界面增强处理;体系应该采用粘结、机械固定相结合的方式提高系统抗风荷载能力,锚固件应该穿透增强网;无机棉板材透气性良好,为减少因饰面层湿流密度太小导致的面层空鼓脱落,应该尽量配套粉状彩色砂浆、真石漆等湿流密度不低于2.5 g/(m2·h)的饰面材料。
This paper conducted a series of systematical studies on the issues of glass-wool board and rock-wool board applied in ETICS,e.g.relatively higher water absorption,poor energy saving effect,lower pull-out strength,poor wind load resistance ability,big water vapor flow density,the coating suitable for EPS external insulation system may not suitable for the inorganic board external insulation system.The study results show that when glass-wool board and rock wool board are used in ETICS,the system composition and performance for the EPS external insulation system must have appropriate adjustment:the boards need have interface reinforcement treatment;the systems with these two materials as insulation board should be fixed by both adhesive and anchors to increase the wind load resistance ability.In addition,the anchors should pass through the reinforced mesh.The inorganic board has good permeability,in order to prevent the surface hollow and falling due to small water vapor flow density,decorative mortar and stone paint with the water vapor flow density which is higher than 2.5 g/(m2·h) are suggested to be the ideal finish coat for these two insulation boards.
