摘要
采用文献资料、对比实验、问卷调查、数理统计等方法就体育课健身跑教学中结合定向运动开展教学,以调动学生参与健身跑教学与锻炼的积极性和主动性进行了对比实验。以便为提高健身跑教学效果提供参考依据。
In this paper,using literature,experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical sta-tistics and other methods on the physical education fitness running teaching orienteering teaching,to the enthusiasm and initiative of students’participation in fitness running teaching and exercise were compared.In order to provide the reference basis for improving teaching effect of fitness running.
