摘要
本文从理论上阐述了掺钛蓝宝石的激光特性并提出了谐振腔设计的优化方案。在室温条件下,实现了调Q倍频YAG激光泵浦下直腔式掺钛蓝宝石激光器的脉冲激光运转。波段范围为820nm~920nm。
In this paper, the spectrum characteristics of Ti^(3+): Sapphire crys- tal are expounded in detail, theoritically; and the conditions for real- izing the laser operation of Ti^(3+): Sapphire laser are studide thoroug- hly, too. Meanwhile, the numerical value optimum scheme of the cav- ity structure design of astigmatically compensated, Z-model cavity is put forward. In addition, the theoritical analyses are done for the mmutual re- lations between the threshold pump power and cavity structure or cavity loss, in which the CW laser operation is realized for Ti^(3+): Sap- phire laser. By experimental researching, under room temperature condition, the wide band laser operation of Ti^(3+): Sapphire laser of the two-refl- ector cavity is achieved, by Q-switch SHG YAG laser longituditally pumping. The output wavelength is in the near IR scope. Meanwhile, the qualitative studies are done for the phenomenon that the laser operation is inflenced by the pulse energy, pulse breadth, beam radi- us, polarized characteristies of the pump light. Also, the same studies are done for the phenomenon that the reflector film is damaged by the pump light.
