摘要
电子商务将给企业管理带来一次革命性的变革 ,企业管理信息系统将随之变化 .本文从现代企业管理模式入手 ,讨论如何吸取 ERP系统的管理思想和有用模块 ,扬弃 ERP管理系统中过时的模块 ,并揉和电子商务的功能 ,开发新的模块 ,形成新的企业管理信息系统 .
Commerce will set off a revolution for enterprise management,and the MIS will change along with this revolution also.Starting with discussion of the evolution of modern enterprise management model . This paper deals with how to derive the management thought and useful modules from ERP,how to discard those outof date modules,how to develop new modules by integrating with ecommerce,and how to construct a new MIS.
