摘要
叙述了计算机辅助投射条纹系统在三维物体形状测量中的应用 ,提出了引入虚参考平面的方法 ,为形状测量的实用化创造了良好的环境。该系统采用计算机生成和视频投影仪投射条纹 ,为提高形状测量精度 ,引入了相移技术 ,从而使得测量过程快速、方便。为进一步提高精度 ,还采用了自动参数确定方法 ,即结合对已知尺寸物体进行的标定实验 ,在设定调整范围和步长的基础上根据测量结果对部分参数进行自动调整。文中还就其它提高精度的方法进行了研究 ,并例举了多个测量实例 ,误差小于 0 .5 % ,最后讨论了系统的应用途径。实验表明 。
The application of computer aided projection fringe systems to 3 D shape measurement is described in this paper. The virtual reference plane technique is used to provide a good environment for practical 3 D shape measurement. A new method is developed to project the fringes made by a computer and video projector to the object surface. The phase shifting technique makes the measuring process rapid and easy. The precision of the 3 D shape measurement is improved using an automated parameter adjusting method which corrects the measuring parameters based on calibration testing of a known size object. Some measurement examples are provided to verify the validity and practicality of the system.
