摘要
本文论述了在边缘检测中提高CCD固有分辨率的原理及其实现的软件方法,并通过计算机仿真得出了系统参数对测量精度的影响。
This paper analyzes the principle of improving intrinsical resolu- tion of CCD camera and presents a method of realizing software. The influence of parameters of the system on the measuring accura- cy is descried as well.
