摘要
目的:探讨多平面经食管超声心动图(MTEE)对主动脉夹层(Aorticdissection)的诊断价值。方法:应用MTEE和经胸超声心动图(TTE)技术分析19例主动脉夹层的声像图表现。结果:MTEE及TEE对主动脉夹层检出率分别为100%及47.4%(P<0.001);MTEE能清晰的显示主动脉结构、主动脉夹层之剥离内膜的起始部位、累及范围、交通口大小与数目、血流、真假腔大小、附壁血栓及合并症的声像图表现。结论:与TTE比较,MTEE能清晰显示主动脉结构,对主动脉夹层及合并症检出率极高,临床应用MTEE检查主动脉夹层对选择治疗措施,提高治疗效果,以及对术前。
Objective:To explore the value of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography (MTEE) in the diagnosis of aortic dissection Methods:MTEE and TTE (transthoracic echocardiography) were performed in 19 aortic dissection patients Results:The detection rate of aortic dissection by MTEE and TTE were 100% (19/19) and 47 4%(9/19) respectively (P<0 001) The structure of aortie,the aortic dissection starting location,the involved range,the blood flow,the true false cavity size and number of aortic dissection,the adhering thrombus complicated as well as other complications were also clearly demonstrated Conclusions:MTEE can clearly display the aortic structure and have higher detection rate of aortic dissection with other complications than TTE MTEE has significance in the therapeutic strategy,preoperative and postoperative follow up and improvement of the effect of treatment
