持续脑电图监测提供 了常现的神经系统床边检查和监测所不能提供的许多信息,比临床观察更加敏感和特异,可操作性和可阅读性好,具有较好的可预测性,且对非痉挛性发作NCS)和非痉挛性发作持续状态(NCSE)而言是唯一的诊断工具。本文重点介绍持续脑电图监测在神经科监护病房(NICU)中的应用。
