摘要
目的探讨乳腺微小病灶在彩超定位下切除活检对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析54例(59处)乳腺微小病灶的临床及病理资料。结果 54例乳腺微小病灶病理发现3例恶性,其中2例为导管内原位癌,1例为浸润性导管癌,其余为纤维腺瘤等良性病变。早期乳腺癌检出率6%(3/54)。结论彩超定位切除活检,能确定乳腺微小病灶的性质,提高了早期乳腺癌的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the value of resected biopsy with color doppler ultrasound examination localization technique in diagnosis of minute breast lesions. Methods To retrospect and analyze the clinical and pathological.data of 54 cases （59 places） of minute breast lesions. Results There were 3 cases were breast carcinoma of 54 cases （2 cases were ductal cacinoma in situ, 1 case was insave carcinoma）,the others were benign and most of them were fibroadenomas.The early-stage breast cancer detection rate was 6%. Conclusion Resected biopsy ~of breast tumors with color doppler ultrasound examination-localization could determine the nature of the minute beast lesions, and improve the diagnostic rate of early-stage breast cancer.
