摘要
过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisomepr01iferator_activatedreceptors,PPARs)是一种配体激活的核转录因子。它广泛参与了脂肪生成代谢、葡萄糖体内平衡、细胞增殖、分化和细胞凋亡等多种生理过程。许多研究已证实PPARs在肝、肾纤维化形成过程中起重要的调节作用。本文将对PPARs在肺纤维化形成机制中的作用作一概述。
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) are ligand-activated nuclear transcription factors. PPARs are extensively involved in the metabolism of fat formation, glucose homeostasis, cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Many studies have demonstrated that PPARs play an important regulatory role in the process of liver and renal fibrosis. This paper summarizes the role of PPARs in pulmonary fibrosis formation mechanism.
