摘要
目的探讨清鼻护理液应用对婴幼儿氧疗时的护理效果。方法分析我科2013年1月至11月住院期间需要氧疗的2-5岁的神志清楚婴幼儿120例临床资料，依据护理方式不同进行随机分组。对照组60例和观察组60例。结果观察组患儿氧疗时间、住院时间及拨管次数均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05，差异均有统计学意义。结论清鼻护理液应用于婴幼儿氧疗，可以有效的提高临床治疗效率，缩短住院天数、减少氧疗时间及拔管次数，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach decreasing extubation in nurseling oxygen therapy by nose cleaning nursing liquid. Method To analyze 120 cases clinical data of Need oxygen therapy in 2-5 years old infants was clear from 2013.1 to 11, which was to be divided into control group 60 cases detection group 60 cases. Result The Oxygen therapy time, rewarming time, hospitalization time and extubation times of detection group were lower than control group,P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical treatment efficiency is increased of nurseling oxygen therapy by nose cleaning nursing liquid,which is decreased Eextubation times,which is to be used.
