摘要
目的对根治性子宫切除对患者尿流动力学的影响进行研究。方法对2012年6月至2013年6月,在我院接受治疗的45例根治性子宫切除患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 45例患者,36例膀胱容量减少,37例残余尿增加,43例膀胱顺应性下降,40例逼尿肌压增加,14例逼尿肌与括约肌不协调,24例尿道闭合压下降,33例尿道功能长度下降,19例逼尿肌反射亢进,26例逼尿肌反射低下或无反射。结论进行RH手术患者的尿流动力检查能够有效评价和监测病情,为临床医师制定采取适当的治疗方案提供帮助。
Objective To study the effect of radical resection for patients with urodynamics of uterine. Methods In 2012 June-2013 year in June, in the analysis the clinical data of 45 cases of radical resection in patients with uterine hospital for treatment. Results 45 patients, 36 cases of bladder capacity decreases, the residual urine increased in 37 cases, 43 cases decreased bladder compliance, detrusor pressure increased in 40 cases, 14 cases of detrusor and sphincter incoordination, 24 cases of urethral closure pressure drop, 33 cases of urethral functional length decreased, 19 cases of detrusor hyperrelfexia detrusor relfex, 26 cases of low or no relfection. Conclusion Patients with RH operation of the urine lfow dynamic examination can effective evaluation and monitoring the disease, take appropriate treatment options to help clinicians to develop.
