摘要
目的:探讨轻度营养不良对儿童心肺功能的影响。方法:将279名男生按身高标准体重法分为轻度营养不良和营养正常两组,进行了肺活量、安静心率和负荷做功后心率及PWC170负荷做功能力的比较。结果:轻度营养不良儿童除安静心率外,其它各项指标均显著落后于营养正常儿童(P<0001)。结论:轻度营养不良儿童心肺功能降低。
To analyss the effect of mild malnutrition on the heart and pulmonary capacity in children. Method: 279 boys were divided into two groups, the mild malnutrition group and the normal nutrition group, according to the Weight-for-Height Norms. Companying with the assessment of physical work capacity (PWC 170 ), and the different status of the heart rates and vital capacity between the two groups were also compared. Results: The value of PWC 170 was significantly lower and the heart rates during testing were significantly higher in mild malnutrition than those in control group. Conclusion: The heart and pulmonary capacity of the mild malnutritional chilren was lower than that of the control group. The mild malnutritional children should have much higher heart rates during performing the same amount of physical works.
