120W与160W等离子电切治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 良性前列腺增生症是泌尿系统中最为常见的疾病之一．为老年男性高发病，随着生活水平的不断提高．其发病率亦呈逐年上升趋势，且发表年龄提前。其治疗方式多以口服药物（α1受体阻滞剂）或手术治疗为主，手术方法包含开放式与腔内微创手术，其腔内微创手术多以经尿道等离子电切术为主，已在临床运用多年，技术相对成熟，
