乙酰肝素酶 蛋白激酶2β和缺氧诱导因子-1α的表达与结肠癌临床特征的关系 被引量:2

Expressions of heparanase, protein kinase CK2β and hypoxia inducible factor-1α and correlation with clinical characteristics of colon cancer

摘要 目的探讨乙酰肝素酶(HPA)、蛋白激酶2β(CK2β)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在结肠癌中的表达及与其临床特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色技术Super-Vision法检测59例结肠癌组织标本及20例慢性结肠炎组织标本中HPA、CK2β及HIF-1α的表达水平。结果 HPA、CK2β与HIF-1α在结肠癌组织中的表达水平均高于其在慢性结肠炎组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPA、CK2β与HIF-1α的表达与临床分期和治疗后有无复发或转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别无关(P>0.05);HIF-1α的表达与结肠癌患者的年龄密切相关(P<0.01),而HPA、CK2β则无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 HPA、CK2β和HIF-1α参与了结肠癌的发生、发展及转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase (HPA), protein kinase CK2β (CK2β) and hy- poxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) genes and their correlation with the clinical characteristics of colon cancer. Methods HPA, CK2β and HIF-lot expressions were detected with Super-Vision immunohistochemical assay on the tissues derived from 59 patients with colon cancer and 20 with chronic colitis. Results The expressions of HPA, CK2β and HIF-1α in colon cancer tissue were significantly heightened than those in chronic colitis tissues (all P〈 0.05). The expressions of HPA, CK2β and HIF-1α were significantly related to the clinical stages and recurrence or metastasis following chemotherapy (both P〈O.05), but not the gender (P〉0.05). The expression of HIF-1α, but not HPA and CK2β (both P〉0.05), was significantly related to the age in patients with colon cancer (P〈O.05). Conclusion HPA, CK2β and HIF-1α are involved in the pathogenesis and metastasis of colon cancer.
