摘要
文中在借鉴"政产学研用"相关研究成果的基础上,结合我国航运人才需求的现状,通过对以往建模案例研究和对比,建立航运人才素质模型,并将"政产学研用"协同创新的理论应用航运人才素质模型的具体实践中,探索出航运人才素质模型构建的新思路。
Based on the relevant research results, combined with the status of the demand for shipping professionals, this paper establishes quality model of shipping professionals. The main methods of this paper are case studies and contrast. We have a successful combination on Political-Industry-Academy-Research-User cooperation and quality model of shipping professionals, and explore new ideas to build quality model of shipping professionals.
