摘要
库存作为物流重要的一部分,起着缓冲储存和保管等作用,良好的库存模式不仅可以提升物流效率,而且可以有效地控制成本,从而达到双赢的目的。文中着重介绍联合库存管理,介绍它的基本思想和运行模式,同时分析在这种模式下对于供应链各方带来的实际收益。
Inventory plays an important role in logistic, it has many faction such as storage and keep. A good inventory mode is benefit for improving the efficiency of logistic, it can also control the cost, in this way, it can bring the win of both aspects. This article pay attention to introduce the joint management of inventory, introducing the basis thought and the mode of its running, at the same time, analyzing the real benefits for the supply chain in this mode.
