摘要
防腐与反贪贯穿于整个人类文明社会的历史。中国是世界上历史最悠久的文明古国之一,形成了独特的防腐反贪的思想文化遗产。但也有明显不足:过于强调道德自律的作用,认识不到制度的腐败和权力制衡的意义。挖掘、总结和弘扬中国古代防腐反贪文化中的优秀遗产,对于净化社会环境,具有重要现实意义。
Combating and preventing corruption goes through the history of human civilization. China is one of the oldest civilizations in the world,forming the unique ideol- ogical and cultural heritage of combating and preventing corruption while there still exist obvious deficiencies：too much emphasize on the moral self-discipline,without realizing the corruption in system and the meaning of power balance. Excavating,summarizing and carr- ying forward the excellent cultural heritage of combating and preventing corruption has the vital practical significance in purifying the social environment.
