摘要
介绍自压式灌溉系统的组成与结构,详细阐述监控管理技术、方法和设施设备方面的设计,设计内容包括信息采集、监控终端、网络通信等,其中,信息采集采用现代传感技术获取闸、阀的运行状态,以及水压、流量数据;现场控制通过PLC实现,基于"组态王"软件开发的监控软件实现对现地的远程监控;根据灌区的地理和通信设施状况,采用光纤、数字微波通讯相结合的通信方案,保证信息的经济、有效传输。通过自压式灌溉监控系统在新疆生产建设兵团南疆新建38团苏塘灌区的应用,说明全部技术及系统方案是有效的,且可推广应用于喷灌、滴灌、渗灌、微灌等同类灌溉系统中。
This article introduces the composition and structure of self-pressure irrigation monitoring system and elaborates the technology, method and design about facility instrument. The design includes information acquisition, monitoring terminal and network communication. The information acquisition obtains the running of gate valve, water pressure and flow with modern sensor technology. Field control is achieved through PLC. The monitoring software developed with Kingview is chosen to control remotely. According to the location and communication facilities of irrigation area, the fiber and digital microwave communication are combined in order to transmit information economically and effectively. The self-pressure irrigation monitoring system has been applied in Su Tang irrigation area of the Group 38 in the South of Xinjiang. The whole technology and system scheme are effective and can be applied in the similar irrigation system, such as sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, seeping irrigation and micro-irrigation, etc.
