摘要
为冻干甲型肝炎 (甲肝 )减毒活疫苗的生产、贮存、使用等提供科学依据 ,对甲肝病毒L -A - 1疫苗株制备的连续多批冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗 ,在放置不同温度、不同时间后的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明 :疫苗置 - 2 0℃ 2 8个月、2℃～ 8℃ 2 0个月、2 5℃ 4个月、37℃ 14天 ,其病毒滴度仍达到≥ 6 5LogCCID50 /ml的合格滴度 。
The stability of freeze dry live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine prepared with L A 1 strain was studied. The titer of the vaccine still reached ≥6.5Log CCID 50 /ml after having been stored at -20℃ for 28 months, 2℃-8℃ for 20 months, 25℃ for 4 months and 37℃ for 14 days. This demonstrated that the stability of the vaccine is satisfactory.
