摘要 从设备和生产工艺方面分析了有光三角PA6 FDY生产过程中产生毛丝的原因,提出相应的解决措施.结果表明:采用适宜的喷丝板,做好丝路器件和卷绕设备的检查和维护工作,选择最佳的工艺参数,可以有效避免毛丝的产生;生产44.4dtex/24f有光三角形PA6 FDY,选择喷丝板孔长径比2.5,纺丝温度256~258℃,拉伸倍数1.15~1.20,定型温度145~150℃,冷却高度1.1~1.2m,生产稳定,毛丝量仅1.1个/筒,产品A级品率达88.1%. The reasons for broken filament formation were analyzed during the bright triangle PA6 FDY production from the as- pects of equipments and production process. The corresponding solution was proposed. The results showed that the formation of broken filament can be efficiently avoided by applying proper spinnerets, improving the check and maintenance of the parts along with the yarn path and winding machine and optimizing the process parameters ; and the bright triangle PA6 FDY of 44.4 dtex/24 f can be steadily produced with only 1.1 broken filament per bobbin and A-grade product rate of 88.1% under the conditions as followed: spinneret length-and-diameter ratio 2.5, spinning temperature 256 -258 ℃, draw ratio 1.15 - 1.20, setting tempera- ture 145 - 150 ℃, quenching height 1.1 - 1.2 m.
