摘要
目的 观察肝移植后受体感染发生的机会、类型和相关因素。方法 对 3例肝移植患者围手术期的抗感染措施及术后受体发生感染的类型、治疗方法、转归进行回顾性分析。结果 3例患者术后都发生不同种类、不同程度的感染 ,经积极有效的针对性治疗后痊愈。结论 感染是肝移植后主要并发症 。
Objective To discuss the incidence,types and risk factors of infections in liver transplant recipients.Methods Our retrospective study in three patients who was performed liver transplantation in our hospital recently was presented.Results Infections developed in the three cases with a total of 5 episodes.Among the 5 infections,3 were bacterial,and 2 were fungal.All were successfully treated with antibiotic.Conclusions Infection is a major complication after liver transplantation,generally occurring in the frirst month.The ability to detect patients with risk of suffering from severe or lethal infection may result in intensified infection screening and more aggressive antiinfectious treatment.
