江汉平原渠系钉螺分布研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF ONCOMELANIA HUPENSIS SNAIL IN IRRIGATION SCHEMES OF JIANGHAN PLAIN

摘要 目的 掌握我省湖沼水网地区渠系钉螺分布 ,为三峡建坝后湖沼渠网地区的工程和药物灭螺提供科学依据。方法 采用随机抽样的方法 ,调查湖沼渠网地区干、支、斗、毛 4种类型渠道的钉螺密度 ;运用水力学方法 ,测定渠道的流速并测量渠道坡降比。结果 将渠道的运行功能以及排渠水位和地下水位与钉螺分布进行相关分析的结果显示 :低湖田地下水位随临近排渠水位升降而上下波动 ;4种类型渠道的活螺平均密度与钉螺感染率呈正相关关系 ;渠道钉螺感染率与坡降比有显著性差异 ;渠道水流速与活螺平均密度以及钉螺感染率均呈负相关。结论 感染性钉螺的分布在干渠与斗渠和毛渠之间有显著性差异 ,而在灌溉、排渍和排灌两用 3种功能的渠道无显著性差异。 Objectives To understand the snail distribution in marshland and water net area of Four lake Area in Hubei Province, so that to provide the scientific basis for snail control with environment engineering and molluscicide after the Three Gorges Project. Methods The snail survey in different kinds of canals was taken by random sampling method, meanwhile the hydraulics method was used to measure the water velocity and slope in different canals. Results [WT5”BZ]The relationship between irrigation function of the canals and snail distribution in the canals was showed that the water table at the low land was up and down following the change of water level in the canals; the average density of living snails was direct correlated with the rate of infected snails in four kinds of canals; the rate of infected snails had a significant difference with the slope of the canals; the water velocity in the canals had negative correlation with the average density of living snails and the rate of infected snails. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion The distribution of infected snails had a significant difference among main canals, branch canals and ditches, and no significant difference among drainage canals, irrigation canals and both of two functions canals. The finding has a directive function and practical significance on snail control with engineer measures and molluscicide.
