摘要
目的了解山东省某三甲医院医务人员艾滋病职业暴露防护知识、暴露行为及培训现况。方法2013年7月,采用方便抽样的方法,对山东省某三甲医院296名医务人员进行艾滋病职业暴露及防护情况问卷调查。结果调查296人,7道艾滋病基础知识题目全部答对的占16.22%,各项艾滋病基础知识正确率为39.53%~96.28%,8道职业暴露相关知识全部答对的占0.34%,各项职业暴露知识正确率为15.54%~69.26%。有72.97%的人曾发生过职业暴露,其中18.24%的人明确知道自己曾经接触过HIV阳性病人。发生职业暴露时刺破(伤)皮肤的锐器主要是注射器针头、输液器针头和静脉采血针,占74.2l%;职业暴露部位主要是手上破损皮肤和眼睛黏膜,占9l_18%;职业暴露发生的环节主要是处置废物时、采血时和回套针帽时,占74.84%;41.22%的医务人员曾经接受过艾滋病职业暴露防护培训,97.97%的人希望得到相关培训。结论医务人员存在艾滋病职业暴露风险,防护知识缺乏,培训需求高。
Objective To understand the status of occupational exposure to HIV/AIDS among healthcare workers in a grade A,level three hospital in Shandong province and their HIV related knowledge of occupational prevention and train- ing. Methods In July 2013, with convenient sampling method, 296 medical staff of a grade A,level three hospital in Shandong province joined this survey. Results In this survey, on 7 basic AIDS knowledge questions, those who an- swered all questions correctly accounted for 16.22~, the correct rate of basic knowledge of AIDS in 39.53 0/00-96.28%, 8 occupation exposure related knowledge, those who answered all questions correctly accounted for 0.34%, the occupation exposure knowledge correct rate in 15.54%-69.26%. 72. 970/00 of people had occupation exposure,where 18.24% of the people clearly know who contacted the HIV positive patients. Puncture occurred occupation exposure (injury) skin sharp was mainly the syringe needle, infusion needles and syringes, accounted for 74.21~ ;occupation exposure was the main hand damage the mucosa, skin and eyes accounted for 91.18~;occupation exposure step was disposing of waste, blood collection needle cap and back, accounted for 74.84 % ;41.22 % of the medical staff have received protection training H IV~ AIDS occupational exposure,97.97% of the people want to get the related training. Conclusion Medical personnel have the risks of AIDS occupational exposure, they lack of protection knowledge, and they have high training demand.
