Investigation of the sterilizing-operative effect on sexual life in five counties of Henan Province

摘要目的　探讨男、女绝育术后对性生活的影响。方法　采用随机抽样方法 ,抽取实行男、女绝育术后夫妇各 410对 ,由经过专门培训的男、女调查员分别入户访谈 ,了解选取绝育术式因素、术前对绝育和性生活的认识、手术前后对性生活的感受等情况。结果　调查显示多数夫妇认为性生活在家庭生活中占有重要地位 ,术前听说男性绝育影响性生活的高于女绝绝育 ,而术后性生活满意程度可达 91 7%～ 95 2 % ,与术前无明显差别。结论　绝育术后对性生活无明显影响。 Objective To probe into male and female sterilizing-postoperative effect on sexual life.Methods Respective 410 couples with male sterilization (MS) and female sterilization(FS) were selected by random sampling's method and separatelyinvestigated sampling's method and separately investigated home by male or female trained investigator.They were inquired the factors which affected the selection of the sterilization patterns,the knowledge of sterilization and sexual life before operation,and the feeling of sexual life before or after operation,etc.Results Investigating form were analyzed with SPSS software-sack.Most couples considered that sexual life was very important in the family life,and before sterilizing operation the couples hearing that Ms affected sexual life were more than those of hearing that FS affected sexual life,however the satisfactory rates of their postoperative sexual life were all 91 7%～95 2% which weren't evidently different with preoperation.Conclusion Sterilizing operation doesn't markedly affect sexual life.
