摘要
主要讨论了在碱性助剂的作用下富钾页岩焙烧过程的影响因素,确定了焙烧温度为富钾页岩焙烧过程的主要影响因素,同时,焙烧时间以及焙烧助剂与富钾页岩的配比也对焙烧提钾过程有较大影响。实验室试验确定最佳的焙烧工艺条件为物料配比m(KOH):m(页岩)=1、页岩物料粒度-0.074mm占95%、焙烧温度680~700℃、焙烧时问60min,在此条件下,钾的浸出率达到90%以上。在此基础上,确定了KOH焙烧酸浸法综合利用含钾页岩的原则流程,并获得符合国家和行业标准的白炭黑和K2SO4产品。
The roasting process of K - bearing shale with alkalic roasting additives was discussed in this paper. And the roasting temperature played a greater role in the roasting process, followed by roasting time and ratio of raw materials to KOH. Such the optimal roasting process conditions as temperature of 680 -700 ℃ ,roasting time of 60rain,the particle size of 95% passing 74 μm and the ratio of KOH to shale for 1 were determined to produce the qualified acid - leaching precursors, and then the acid - leaching product with leaching rate of more than 90% was obtained. Furthermore, the basic flowsheet for comprehensive utilization of K - bearing shale by the method of KOH roasting and acid- leaching and the carbon black and K2SO4 to meet the national standard and agricultural standard respectively.
