摘要
为探索妇幼保健院的经营之路，必须明确保健院所具备的服务特点。医患双方对服务认识的差异性，就 诊者对保健知识渴求的强烈性和对服务的敏感性，就诊的连续性和重复性，服务影响的广泛性和延续性，成本－效益的 意识的强烈性，构成了妇幼保健院服务的特点。为此应采取树立良好的服务心态，突出保健工作的对策，提高服务质量。
To probe the method of running maternity and children care hospital, it is necessary to identified its character. That follows: There is different cogniton of medical service between hospital and patient. Patient is urgent to acquire the knowledge of health and is acute to the change of medical sevvice. Sequence and repetition exist in medical service occurrence. The influence of medical service will effect deeply, widely, lasting long time. patient' focus is on the cost efficiency strongly. According to the character, we should adopt measures: building up good ideal, enhancing health caring, enforcing service quality.
