摘要
本文针对新形势下军队综合性医院放射学科管理中存在的问题,提出加强现代放射学科管理的对策:资源管理集约化,队伍建设团队化,工作模式协同化,学科管理制度化,绩效评价数据化。
To solve the existing problems in radiation discipline management of military general hospital under the new situation , the countermeasures were put forward to strengthen modern radiology management as fol-lowing：realizing resource intensified management , strengthening talent team construction , realizing the Cooperation of the working mode , enhancing the management system construction , carrying out performance evaluation .
