摘要
目的 研究针刺治疗对口腔复发性溃疡 (RAS)患者T细胞群的影响。方法 对RAS病人进行针刺治疗 ,采用桥联免疫法 (APAAP法 )测定治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD+3 、CD+4 、CD+8。结果 治疗后患者CD+3 无明显变化 ,CD+4 有所增加 (与治疗前及对照组相比较P <0 .0 5 ) ,而CD+8却相对下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD+4 /CD+8比值明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 针刺治疗能改善患者CD+4 、CD+8的数量异常 ,使CD+4
Objective To study the effects of acupuncture on patients with recurrent aphthous stomatitis(RAS) T lymphocyt subsets. Methods Blood samples were taken before treatment and after treatment,to measure lymphocyte subsets(CD + 3、CD + 4、CD + 8) by APAAP analysis. Results After treatment with acupuncture,CD + 3 was not obviously changed,but CD + 4 was higher than control( P < 0.05 ),CD + 8 was decreased( P < 0.05 ),and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio was raised( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The results show that CD + 4、CD + 8 and ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 in patient are all changed to the normal level after acupuncture therapy.But it's need to further study whether the effect is temporal or eternal.
