邓小平南方谈话是中国改革的转折点。"三个有利于"标准的提出,实现了思想解放的转折;社会主义本质的提出,实现了对社会主义认识的转折;计划和市场都是经济手段的确定,实现了社会主义建设实践的转折。
Deng Xiaoping＇s Talk in the South of China is the turning point of Chinese reform. The cri- terion of ＂Three Advantages＂has accomplished the transition of ideological emancipation~ The proclaiming for the essence of socialism has accomplished the transition of people＇s understanding about socialism^The identification of both planning and market as economic approaches has accomplished the transition of so- cialist construction practice.
