摘要 《神农本草经》中最早记载黄芪功用"主痈疽,久败疮,排脓止痛,大风癞疾,五痔,鼠瘘,补虚,小儿百病",以祛病为首,尚未强调补虚作用,历代学者不断深入,张元素归纳"其用有五。补诸虚不足,一也;益元气,二也;去肌热,三也;疮疡排毒止痛,四也;壮脾胃,五也";张介宾概括"补元阳,充腠理,治劳伤,长肌肉";张锡纯秉承东垣之意,创立大量应用黄芪治"大气下陷"及诸多杂症之名方"升陷汤"。从黄芪功用演变过程可清晰地看出,最初确定功用侧重祛病,治疗外科痈疽疮疡等,逐渐过渡到补虚,治疗气血不足、脾胃虚弱、元阳虚损、大气下陷、生津、长肌肉、固表止汗等。 The earliest records of Astragalus function appeared in " Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica", which are "Treat ulcer, defeat sore, discharge pus pain, wind disease, five hemorrhoids, rat fistula, benefit the weak, pediatric diseases". In order to illnesses as the main function, not emphasizing the tonic effect. the scholars further study, Zhang Yuansu summed up as "the five functions are fill the empty, Yi Qi, remove muscle heat, treat sore pain detoxification, strengthening the spleen and stomach ". Zhang Jiebin summed up as "Bu Yuanyang, filling the interstices, treatment of injured workers, grow muscle". Zhang Xichun inherited Li dongyuan, founded a lot of Prescription use Astragalus treatment "atmospheric subsidence" and many other diseases. From the historical evolution process can be see that, Astragalus first determine the function focus illnesses, surgical treatment of superficial infection etc. Gradually transition to benefit the weak, treat deficiency of Qi and blood, spleen and stomach deficiency, Yuanyang deficiency, atmospheric subsidence, Sheng Jin, grow muscle, solid sheet antiperspirant etc..
