稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏随机平行对照研究

摘要 [目的]观察稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例室性早搏住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组30例,普罗帕酮100mg,3次/d。治疗组稳心颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。连续治疗4周为1个疗程。观测血尿常规、肝肾功能、血脂血糖以及心电图、动态心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效17例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率83.30%。治疗组疗效与对照组无差异(P>0.05),且更安全。[结论]稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。 [ Objective ] To observe the efficacy Wenxinkeli treatment of premature ventricular contractions. [ Methods ] random parallel control method, 60 cases of hospitalized patients with premature ventricular contractions are numbered sequentially according to treatment were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 30 patients, propafenone lOOmg, 3 times / d. Wenxinkeli treatment group, 1 bag / time, 3 times / d. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observations urine routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids and glucose ECG, Hoher monitoring, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 18 cases markedly effective in 9 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90.00%. The control group 17 cases, 8 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the total effective 83.30%. The treatment group and the control group no significant difference ( P〉 0.05 ), and more secure. [ Conclusion ] Wenxinkeli treatment of premature ventricular contractions, results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
