摘要
[目的]观察健脾益气方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肠化生疗效。[方法]对28例住院患者予健脾益气方(枳实25g,神曲30g,川芎15g,白术45g,莱服子10g,马兰20g,制香附、海螵蛸各15g,半夏、黄芪各30g,黄柏15g,橙皮25g,茯苓35g,木香10g,泽泻30g,槟榔15g,草豆蔻、厚朴各10g,瓜蒌、苍术各15g,干姜10g,三棱15g,莪术20g,黄芩10g);制成片剂,25mg/片,50mg/次,3次/d。西药为抗生素与铋剂结合。抗生素,甲硝唑,0.4g/次,2次/d;或克拉霉素,0.25g/次,4次/d;两周后停止使用。铋剂,枸橼酸铋钾,110mg/次,2次/d。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈4例,显效15例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率89.29%。[结论]健脾益气方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肠化生效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the Jianpi Yiqi Method combined western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia curative effect. [ Methods ] The 28 cases of hospitalized patients with spleen and replenishing qi fang （Zhishi 25g, Shenqu 30g, Chuanqiong 15g, Baizhu 45g, Laifuzi10g, Malan20g, Zhixiangfu, Haipiaoxiao each 15g, Banxia, Huangqi 30g, Huangbai15g, Chengpi 25g, Fuling 35g, Muxiang 10g, Zexie 30g, Binglang 15g, Caodoukou, Houpu each10g, Gualou, Cangzhu15g, Ganjiang10g, Sanleng15g, e＇ zhu 20g, Huangqi 10g）. In tablets, 25 mg/plate, 50mg/time, 3 times/d. Western medicine for antibiotics associated with bismuth agent for metronidazole, 0.4 g/time, 2 times/d, or clarithromycin, 0.25g, 4 times/d. Using two weeks after the stop. Bismuth agent for bismuth potassium citrate, 110 mg/times, 2 times/d. Continuous treatment for 3 months for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical efficacy, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment （ 9 months ）, determine the curative effect. [ Results ] 4 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 89.29%. [ Conclusion ] The Jianpi Yiqi Method combined western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia, worthy of promotion.
