摘要
从病因、病机、诊断、辨证等方面介绍中医对冠心病的研究概况,指出胸痹治疗宜审病因病机,辨病、辨证相结合,辨证论治善识主症,同时用动态的观点辨病、辨证;期望未来建立胸痹规范化中医辨证诊断标准,统一疗效标准,以适应中医临床、科研等方面需要。
This essay introduce the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and classification type of the pharmaceutical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thoracic obstruction research survey; review the etiology and pathogenesis, combine identifying diseases and syndrome in treatment.Differentiating syndrome is good at recognizing main symptoms, at the same time identifing diseases and syndrome with a dynamic view;and expect further explore the diagnosis and treatment of expectations of traditional Chinese Medicine.
