摘要
目的 :探讨TH1 TH2型细胞因子的表达与自身免疫性卵巢功能损伤机理关系。方法 :分别用猪卵透明带 (PZP)、猪卵透明带单克隆抗体靶抗原 (17D3mAb ZP)和PZP的抗独特型抗体 (Ab2 )免疫小鼠 ,并测定各免疫组IL 2、IL 4水平 ,观察卵巢组织形态学改变。结果 :Ab2 免疫组主要介导TH2型免疫应答 ,而PZP和 17D3mAb ZP免疫组主要介导TH1型免疫应答 ,PZP和 17D3mAb ZP免疫组对卵巢组织形态的影响较明显。结论 :自身免疫性卵巢功能损伤与TH1型免疫应答有关。
Objective:To investigate relationship of expression of the TH1/TH2 cytokines to pathogenic mechanisms in murine autoimmune oophoritis.Methods:The mice immunized with PZP、the PZP corresponding to 17D 3mAb(17D 3mAb ZP)and anti idiotypic antibodies to PZP(Ab 2) The levels of IL 2 and IL 4 were measured and histological examinations of ovarian were boserved.Results:The mice immunized with the Ab 2 showed to mainly induced TH2 type immune response.The effect on ovarian function of mice immunized with PZP and 17D 3mAb ZP was more obvious than that with Ab 2.Conclusion:The results suggested that TH1type immune response was related to the autoimmune ovarian oophoritis.
