摘要
在当今人们广泛关注教育质量的时代,如何描述、测量、评价和改进教育质量,能否借鉴经济管理领域成功的质量管理理论和方法,是学界争议的热点。文章从教育产出的异质性和社会性等本质特征出发,分析教育质量管理的特点和难点,探讨成熟的质量管理理论方法在教育领域应用的可能性和合理性。
Today, in the era of widespread attention to the quality of education, how to describe, measure, evaluate and improve education quality, and whether the successful quality management theory and method can be borrowed from the field of economic management,is the hot controversial educational topic. This article will analyze the characteristics and difficulties of the education quality management, and explore the possibility and rationality of mature quality management theory and method in the field of educational application from educational heterogeneity and sociality.
