摘要
目的:探讨采用肩锁钩板联合喙突上移动力修复陈旧性TossyⅢ型型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法:对26例陈旧性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位行肩锁钩板内固定联合喙突上移动力修复手术治疗,对术后X线片及肩关节功能进行疗效评价。结果:26例患者全部获得随访4～30个月,术后复查X线片示肩锁关节均完全复位。取出内固定后,无1例发生再次脱位,根据Karllson术后功能评价,A级20例,B级6例。结论:锁骨钩钢板内固定加喙突上移治疗陈旧性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位,疗效确切,术后关节功能恢复良好。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of clavicular hook plate internal fixation with coracoid transposition in treating chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocation （Tossy type Ⅲ）. Methods ：26 patients with chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocation （Tossy type Ⅲ） were treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation with coracoid transposition, all cases were followed for 4 -30 months. Post - operation X - ray examinations and functional outcomes were investigated. Results： Reduction of acromioclavicular joint were showed in X - ray films after operation. No re - dislocation was observed after plate removal operation. Functional assessment was carried out by the criteria delineated previously by Karllson, in which Grade A was in 20 cases, Grade B in 6 cases. Conclusion：Clavicular hook plate internal fixation with coracoid transposition in treating chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocation （ Tossy typeⅢ） could achieve a stable reduction of acromioclavicular joint with a good functional.
