摘要
目的：观察舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法：75例粉尘螨变应性鼻炎患者,年龄5～54岁,病程1～35年,治疗开始2周内口服氯雷他定片,14岁以上患者10Smg,14岁以下患者5 mg,均每日1次;同时给予标准化粉尘螨变应原滴剂每晚睡前舌下含1～3 min后吞服,连续治疗2年,比较治疗前后的症状、体征及鼻结膜炎相关生活质量评分,观察临床疗效及不良反应发生率.结果：治疗2年后,75例患者症状、体征及鼻炎相关生活质量评分较治疗前均明显降低.症状总分由治疗前（10.98±1.87）分降至（4.49±1.54）分（t=3.41,P〈0.05）;体征得分由治疗前（3.18±0.78）分降至（1.65±0.67）分（t=2.84,P〈0.05）;鼻结膜炎生活质量评分由治疗前（18.44±3.27）分降至（8.82±2.23）分（P〈0.05）;临床总有效率达90.67%（68/75例）.6例（8.0%）发生不良反应,其中4例出现口腔麻痒等局部不良反应,2例出现腹痛等全身轻微不良反应,对症治疗后均能完成治疗.结论：舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂是治疗变应性鼻炎的一种有效方法,具有较高的安全性,疗效确切、患者痛苦小,值得临床推广和使用.
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of sublingual dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods：Seventy-five patients with allergic rhinitis aged from 5-54 years were involved in the study, with mild in 12 cases,median and severe in 63 cases, and the course of disease was 1-35 years. All the patients received loratadine tablets 5 or 10 nag once a day in the first and second weeks, and sublin4gual dermatophagoides 1arinae drops 1-3 minutes later every eve- ning. Before and two years after treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs, the quality of life related with rhinoconjunctivitis were recorded through questionnaires, and side effects were observed. Results：After 2 years＇ treatment, the scores of symptoms, signs and rhinoconjunctivitis were all significantly decreased than that of pre-treatment, and the score of symptom was decreased from 10. 98±1.87 to 4. 49±1.54 （t=3.41,P〈0.05）, The score of signs was decreased from 3.18±0. 78 to 1. 65±0. 67 （t=2. 84,P〈0. 05）. The score of the quality of life related with rhinoconjunctivitis was decreased from 18. 44±3.27 to 8. 82±2. 23 （P（0. 05）. The clinical effective rate was 90. 67%（68/75 cases）. The incidence of adverse reaction was 8.0% （6 cases）. Local adverse reactions such as oral numbness and pruritus occurred in 4 cases （5.33%）, slight systemic adverse reactions, such as abdominal pain, occurred in 2 cases （2.67%）, and there were no serious adverse reactions. All the patients finished a course of treatment. Conclusions：The treatment of sublingual dermatophagoides farinae drops for allergic rhinitis is effective, safe with little pain. It is worth applying widely.
